Our Story

I am the President and CEO of Prime Case Management Services. In my early career I was a Workers’ Compensation claims adjuster. I hired nurse case managers to assist with medical case management during my career as a claims adjuster. I then obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and worked as a nurse case manager out of my home for a large corporation servicing Northeast Wisconsin. While doing this I obtained my Master of Science in nursing and worked for 15 years as a nurse practitioner focusing on wellness in the adult population. I have worked in insurance, nursing and the business side which allows me to provide excellent service and positive outcomes.

At Prime Case Management Services, our goal is to assist the injured worker in obtaining the best healthcare available to recover in a timely manner and to reduce or eliminate permanent disability. The nurse case manager is an advocate for the employee; discussing with them the treatment alternatives, so they can participate in their treatment plan and work toward their health goal. Each treatment plan is personalized to his/her case. Obtaining prompt and effective treatment saves money and reduces disability.
